• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund, where applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged through customer use are not eligible for return or exchange. Any exclusions will be subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method. The time required for the funds to reach you may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Charges

• For incorrect, damaged, or defective items confirmed to be our responsibility, Coral Pakistan will cover the return shipping costs.

• For other approved returns or exchanges, shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it will be handled according to our return policy.
